History

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2003, Suzanne began taking Yoga classes at a local YMCA to manage stress. In this time of uncertainty her Yoga Practice empowered her to use her body to feel better. Several years of study and practice have followed. She still has Multiple Sclerosis but Multiple Sclerosis doesn’t have her any more.
