Class Schedule

All Yoga Empowered classes are held at Red Square Yoga Studio in Queen Anne. Map Registration requested as space is limited to 8 to 10 students. Suggested Donation $12 per class or 6 classes for $60 with reserved spot. Payment in advance required to hold your spot. Continuing students have priority for registration. All classes are offered as 6 week series with one week off in between. Please contact Suzanne to register or for any questions or concerns.

Intermediate Yoga Empowered: Mondays 6:30- 7:45pm

This Viniyoga based posture class utilizes flowing sequences and challenging postures while maintaining a meditative breath speed as a means of self awareness and empowerment. Teachings from Yogic Philosophy, Self Study and Meditation Practices are woven into each class. This class is open to those that have been practicing Yoga for over one full year.




All Levels Yoga Empowered: Fridays 6:30- 7:45pm


This Viniyoga based posture class provides a great workout for both body & mind. Build strength, balance and focus while practicing postures in a meditative way. Learn how to adapt your Practice to best serve you- the Practitioner. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced students welcome.




Yoga Empowered for Chronic Conditions : Tuesdays & Saturdays 12:00- 1:15pm


Practice gentle asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Each class is designed to replenish and refresh the body, mind and spirit. Learn yoga tools you can use outside the studio to help manage chronic conditions to live life more fully and mindfully!

This class is open to those living with chronic health challenges, chronic stress and/or caregivers. If you have compromised immunity please contact your Physician to see if a group Yoga class is right for you.

This class and Suzanne have been approved and are referred by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Northwest Chapter.

Personal Yoga Practice for Everyday Living :

Fridays 12:00- 1:15pm at Divine Spine Chiropractic

at the Old Ballard Fire House (above the Hi Life)

Practice gentle yet deep yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Learn Yoga tools you can use outside the studio to create balance and ease in daily life. All levels are welcome.

$12 Drop in or Reserve space for 6 classes at $60 Space is limited to 10 students. Contact the staff at Divine Spine Chiropractic to reserve your spot.
