Yoga Empowered exists for you to discover how to use yoga tools to live more fully + mindfully, both on and off the mat!
Yoga Empowered classes are taught by Suzanne Stephens. Her classes utilize restorative breath and meditative movement as a means of empowering individuals to create a practice that best serves you – it's Practitioner. In each class, Suzanne beautifully weaves lessons of loving-kindness + mindfulness to address the fluctuating needs of daily life. She empowers by teaching you how to meet yourself where you are and how to adapt your practice, to work more gentle or strong, to bring yourself to a greater place of balance and ease.
Yoga Empowered classes are appropriate for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. They are especially helpful for those living with chronic health conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Lyme, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, chronic stress and/or anxiety.
